Not impressed

So, today I’ve had a number of “admin” type calls and e-mails to make to chase people and organisation up on tasks they should have been getting back to on.

Every signal one of the people I spoke to came back with “not my job” or “nothing to do with me” or “we don’t do that” when I’m sat looking at their web site that’s telling me that that’s exactly what they do.

Is it any wonder that people get frustrated and end up shouting abuse down the phone!
