I’m very proud of my country, of England and the United Kingdom of Great Britten. I’m proud of our history and heritage, of what we have done in the world and what we continue to do in the world.

My country stands for freedom from oppression and the freedom to stand up and say that you do or do not agree with something without fear.

But I am not and never will be a supporter of the right wing extremists that hi-jack my flag and my history in the name of violence and rioting.

The rioters wrapped up in my flag hiding their faces on the streets of the UK this past week disgust me. It drags what they claim to stand for through the mud. I hope and trust that they face the fullest extent of the law.
